Lost 1lb this week.

Total loss 11.5lbs. If I could lose 2.5lbs next week that will be a stone gone. Anyway as with the walk it's not a race!!! ;)

Hi - Well 1lb gain this week :oops:

Not that I wasn't expecting it! Had gone out for a chinese lunch and also taken out for a very lovely dinner. And no, I didn't keep to plan so truly got what I deserved! :roll:

Anyway, back on track

Here's what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Yoghurt and Fruit

Lunch: Tuna, Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Anchovies, Green Beans.

Syns: Jelly Beans - 20 sweets = 4 Syns

Healthy A : Semi Skimmed Milk
Healthy B: Hi-Fi Bar

Snack: Grapes

Dinner: Beef (marinated in soy sauce, lime juice and fish sauce and garlic), Broccoli, Green Beans, Sugar Snap Peas - all Stir Fried in fry light
Yoghurt and Blueberries

Syn: Another Hi-Fi-Bar = Total Syns: 10

Seem to be back on track - lost 1.5lb on Tuesday. So that's 12lb gone.

Will post my food today later.

Well I am back after over a month!

Just got back from Egypt where there was no Christmas treats as such but plenty of other foods (home baked bread, incredible puddings) that were really not SW friendly!

Having said that I have not really been on plan for the period I haven't been on here - VERY, VERY BAD!!!

I have my first weigh in tomorrow after my break, so will let you know how I get on - expecting a huge gain :oops:
