Hi - Well 1lb gain this week
Not that I wasn't expecting it! Had gone out for a chinese lunch and also taken out for a very lovely dinner. And no, I didn't keep to plan so truly got what I deserved!
Anyway, back on track
Here's what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast: Yoghurt and Fruit
Lunch: Tuna, Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Anchovies, Green Beans.
Syns: Jelly Beans - 20 sweets = 4 Syns
Healthy A : Semi Skimmed Milk
Healthy B: Hi-Fi Bar
Snack: Grapes
Dinner: Beef (marinated in soy sauce, lime juice and fish sauce and garlic), Broccoli, Green Beans, Sugar Snap Peas - all Stir Fried in fry light
Yoghurt and Blueberries
Syn: Another Hi-Fi-Bar = Total Syns: 10
