Thank you everyone for your encouragement :D

Haven't posted for a few days because I've been really under the weather - a horrible sore throat, temperature etc

So - haven't felt like eating (which I know is as bad as eating too much). Last night I steamed pudding rice in water and mixed with 2 x vanilla snackpots and added blueberries and strawberries. (Got the idea from a SW blog (Mummyblubber). Was really good. Very comforting.

Will post my day's eating later. Just wanted to say thanks for your replies.

Had a really nice day yesterday - Walk through Kensington Gardens to Victoria and Albert Museum, then along Brompton Road (window shopping) and on to Piccadilly where I treated myself to a box of tea in Fortnum and Mason. Only a short walk but at least I am beginning to be able to move again. It felt really good :D

And here is what I ate:

Breakfast

Snackpots and fruit

Late Lunch:

Joe's sausages (garlic and chilli)
With baked beans and HUGE mixed salad
More fruit

Dinner:

Chicken with sun dried tomatoes and thyme wrapped in bacon
Steamed small potatoes
Mixed salad
More fruit

Healthy extra a) - Semi Skimmed Milk
b) - 2 x Alpen Light Bars

Snack - 2 x Alpen Light Bars

Off to do the ironing ......
